  • 150 ml Full fat milk
  • 10 ml Pure honey
  • 3 tbsp Oats

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender.

Ingredients

  • 1 Small mango (or 1/2 large)
  • 200 ml Fat-free milk (divided)
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 10 ml Pure honey
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Soak the chia seeds in 100 ml of the milk overnight. This will soften the seeds and make them easy for digestion.
  2. Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
  3. Sprinkle with chia seeds.
