Chia & mango superfood smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 Small mango (or 1/2 large)
- 200 ml Fat-free milk (divided)
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 10 ml Pure honey
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
Directions
- Soak the chia seeds in 100 ml of the milk overnight. This will soften the seeds and make them easy for digestion.
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
- Sprinkle with chia seeds.
