Veggie Feta Casserole

Feta cheese is lower in fat and higher in protein than most of the cheeses. Usually has been used in salads and cold appetizers, however, in some hot meals as well. Today we`re going to show you one of them. The Veggie Feta Casserole is a simple and healthy vegetarian dish. It requires only a few minutes of preparation! We hope you`ll enjoy!

Veggie Feta Casserole


  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Feta cheese
  • 1 Roasted pepper
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 6 Pitted black olives
  • Salt
  • Majoran (or oregano)



  1. Place a slice of feta cheese and chopped green onion at the bottom of each casserole dish, followed by a tomato wheel, roasted pepper, pickle, and pinch of majoran. (follow the photos below)

  3. Cover with the lids, and bake for 10 minutes at 250°C.
  4. After 10 minutes, take the casseroles off the oven, add one egg and three olives in each, cover with the lids, and bring back to the oven for another 3 minutes.
